Can I get a free mock-up? Do I need to pay for the same?
Please send your logo (if you have one), images, and other important details about your products and services so that our team can get started with designing a no-obligation mock up for your website. If you do not like it, we can do another one, and the best part is, you do not need to pay for the same.
Is it a recurring price? How much I need to pay on monthly basis? Do I get Source Code ?
Please note that all Designing/ Development charges are one-time only, and you will get full Source Code on completion of the project. There are no hidden or recurring charges. However, if you choose to host with us, it will cost some small money, to be paid on yearly basis.
Do you re-design existing Websites?
Yes we do. We can re-design your site retaining your company corporate style or we can re-design to give you a complete new image.
Do I have to host with you?
No, it is not required to host with us. Typically we recommend that our clients host with us because we have standardized our servers to handle all of the services that may be needed for the project deployment. Majority of our clients do host with us and very few choose to keep their existing hosting companies. We will work with you on any scenario.
Can I upgrade from the smaller to a larger package?
Of course! If you would like to start out with a smaller package and then at any time feel that one of the larger packages will fit your needs better it is not a problem at all. We can upgrade your web design package for you by adding the additional pages and features of your choice. All that would be required is for you to pay the difference in cost between the two packages and let your project manager know the details of your new pages and features.

Do you offer payment gateway integration on eCommerce websites?
Our eCommerce plan comes with everything you need to have a successful and full featured online store. This includes integration of the PayPal payment gateway into your store to process credit card transactions from your customers. If you want to sign-up with other Payment Gateways, we can help you integrate the same.
What if I need more pages? What is the cost?
You may add additional pages at any time during and or after the design process is complete. Our design team is here to build you a website to fit your exact needs and specifications. The cost for extra pages added on to one of our designs is $15 per page.
How should I supply the Content for my website?
It is helpful to us if you are able to provide text and photographs in electronic form – for example, the files output by a digital camera and the copy in MS word or similar format. If this is not possible, we can help get your information ready for use on the website. We will also provide you instructions on how to upload the material via FTP or email.
From where can I purchase royalty free images/photographs for my website?
You may purchase royalty free, high-resolution images ($1 per photo) from this website.
Is there any training provided for the use of a CMS?
The Content Management Systems really are very easy to use and do have explanatory notes included where necessary. We run through the administration screens with you when we design the site for you – however if at any time you have any questions we are available to run through the procedures or answer any queries you may have.
How long does it take to design a website for my business?
It varies from website to website based on the requirement. In the initial consultation, we will provide you the timeline estimates for your project. If you have the content for your site written before the design process begins, it will help in completing the project quickly.
